Reiki By Jessica
Hello, I am Jessica Coup
A photographer, yogi, habitual expat and a Reiki master who uses the healing light force energy of Reiki to help heal, energize and reduce stress to clients and helps them to balance their body, mind and spirit.
After living almost 20 years in Pittsburgh, United States, my husband and I decided to live "la dolce vita” in Puglia, the heel of the boot of Italy. Having the wanderlust spirit, we now reside in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Bali, Indonesia.
I was attuned to the Grand Master level by Punnu Singh Wasu who teaches according to the tradition of Dr. Mikao Usui Sensei at the Yoga Barn in Ubud, Bali.
What happens in a session:
I like to start off the session by speaking with you about what brought you to the session, what physical or emotional ailments or imbalances are you storing inside yourself.
Next, I have you pull an affirmation, oracle or tarot card. I love card decks and find that they help set the tone for our time together. With the card in front of you, surrounded by crystals, we do a short mediation.
I then guide you onto a massage table where I use bolsters and pillows to ensure your comfort. When you’re relaxed, I will play crystal singing bowls and chimes to help you fall into a yoga Nidra state of mind.
Once I begin the Reiki portion of session, (with your permission) I place crystals on and around your chakras and begin to gently move my hands above or onto your body in a series of positions. Each hand position focuses on a different part of the body — including the head, shoulders, stomach, back and feet — and is held for a few minutes, depending on your needs. A session typical lasts between 90 and 120 minutes.
Tea is offered after the session where we discuss the effects of the session and answer any questions.
And what to wear to the session?! Don’t worry, Reiki energy can permeate jeans, yoga leggings, golf and gym shorts, lightweight pants, jumpsuits and ball gowns.
If you wish to book just send me a message.
