Spello is a medieval town with lovely streets filled with artist studios, shops and resturants. While the beauty of the town is outstanding it is the wine shop Enoteca Properzio owned by our friends the Angelini family that draws us back. The primary focus of the shop is selling wines, but they also have a restaurant that serves amazing, simple food that will have you returning to Spello just to eat. The fresh food is washed down by the world renowned wines recommended by Roberto, the proprietor, and his daughter and son, who are also sommeliers. All this is enjoyed in a beautiful setting in the heart of Spello.
